All of these reviews have to be friends and family. I drove two hours to see a car that they told me had "No problems." I get there, its leaking oil everywhere, transmission is shot, A/C is broken, missing a radio, leaking from sunroof, bald front tires. I said whatever, everything has a price so we negotiated and I was satisfied enough.

Take it to my mechanic and he basically told me they did the "dealer touch up". Remember the movie Matilda and her dad the car salesman? It was basically like that, they used some sort of oil on the floor panels and wheels to make everything look fresh, but I was so fixated on the transmission, I paid little attention to how bad the condition of the car was. Either way, I still got it for a price I was comfortable with, even though I'd have to spend another 6k to fix a 7.5k car, but at least I know it will be 100% once its done. Sure.

It has now been 2 months. Turns out the dealer never transferred the title in my name. Not only did they not transfer it in my name, they never actually did the dealer transfer when they bought it from auction. I asked nicely for 2 months. 2 MONTHS. At the end I finally got a response back from the manager (had been dealing with the salesman, who was a nice guy but new, so its a lot of "let me ask."

The response? You came, you bought the car and rushed me so you can't expect things to go smoothly. "Rushing is the enemy of perfection." That is an exact quote from the message. Mind you "perfection" is apparently transferring a tag and title. I've purchased maybe 10 vehicles in my life, I've never sat so long waiting for someone to do paperwork. Then they tried to gaslight me and tell me it wasn't included.

What's the final review? Matilda's dad is running the show and Beavis is doing their paperwork.

Now stuck with a car I can't drive until the FL DMV finishes their case against them.

Stay away from this dealership. They are scammers. Sold me 2009 jag last not even two weeks had to take it to there so called mechanic. Gave them 1200 for a down payment on a car and now car doesn't even run been calling never answer my call always texting been a week. Beware of this car place.

Buyer beware!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS!!! Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Equus Dec 19, $13000... car worked for 4 days and is currently still at the Hyundai dealership getting repaired.  They installed a new battery in the car when purchased, when asked why, they said the car had sat for awhile and needed a new battery.  They installed a Walmart brand battery, which per Hyundai is not suitable for this luxury car.

Come to find out, the reason they installed a new battery, in our opinion was due to an AC part not Shutting down when the car is turned off.  The AC part is $1274. Plus new Hyundai brand battery $450, plus cost of testing... $777

Also, was a nightmare getting proper tag for the vehicle; one excuse after another for the delays. Blaming tag office for losing paperwork, etc... I confirmed with the tag office they did not file until Thursday of this week.  We got the permanent tag today, Feb 1 after purchasing the car Dec 19.  They also blamed the holidays for not getting a tag which is ridiculous.

When I picked up the tag today from this dealership with my son, this was purchased for him... The GM Melo would not answer my simple question of, why did you put a new battery in the car.   He would only say... you signed no warranty contract, and threatened to call the police on me for asking this question!!!

We told him, we will see you in court for non-disclosure of repairs needing done.

My advice stay far away from this dealership!!!

Please beware if you're reading this in April of 2025. My previous car, a 2013 VW Beetle turbo was just put up for sale at their dealership. As much as I loved it, it had MANY problems and they're selling it for more than double what we got from another dealership. It is NOT worth the price theyre asking. And just from reading other reviews on here, they're going to sell it as another lemon for uneducated buyers.

What a great experience. These guys where so professional, honest and fair. Will be buying my next work truck with them
