Delta Children 6-1 Convertible Crib and Changer. It features three mattress heights plus this bed turns into a toddler bed, daybed, sofa or even a full size bed with a headboard and footboard I kinda put it together to take the pictures however it has the owners manual and step by step of how to put it together. The top drawer will go on better but i needed to tighten down the hexes. I did not want to add more work to myself however wanted to show you what it looks like put together. It retails for $269.99 plus tax and i am asking $150.00 so around half price and it is new out of box.. all hardware , instructions and the entire bed set, and mattress included
