This trailer is in good condition as far as central A/c is freezing cold, has running water and hot water no leaks in the piping nor toilet. Also, no leaks in the exterior coming a into the trailer. Septic tanks are in good condition the floors are very sturdy there's little to no rust and no water damage. It has a main source that powers the whole trailer with the proper hook ups, stove oven and microwave work, everything works electrically. Has big Master bedroom spacious walk in shower just needs a little touch up work on the inside but always kept clean.
