If I could rate this place lower I would. The most unreliable and incompetent facility and workers. I was given 2 different cars that weren’t serviced ( which we were told it was) or were not ready. Managers blocked or forwarded our calls when we would try to get an update on the service our vehicle was scheduled for. The amount of unprofessionalism at this facility is absolutely insane. Not only were we given a car with missing lug nuts, full on nests in the engine bay and a full on water pump leak, We were denied a talk with the general manager on numerous occasions and had dealt with lower managers who weren’t helpful in the slightest. The amount of times we were lied to and forced into waiting or making new deals is absolutely ridiculous. I never want anyone to experience what we went through and I will be making sure to let anyone know about how this facility is truly ran. We spent a total of 4 days at the actual facility and an additional 4 days calling repeatedly for updates for our vehicle, just to be told everyday that something else was wrong with the vehicle. I can’t fathom enough how crappy of a dealership this is

My husband and I just purchase a car from this company and needless to say that we were very pleased with the great customer service we receive from both of their salesperson's Eric and George plus the rest of the staff are very cordial and friendly and the loan process was top notch we got the Monthly payment that fit our budget which made this experiencing even that much better, and even though the car we purchase from them was a 2008 Lexus 350 ES I must say that it not only drive smooth, but from the exterior to the interior it was very clean, smelled clean, it also looked like a brand new car. It had only two previous owners and base on the car fax they kept it well service. My husband and I will definitely refer anyone looking to buy a car to check STG Auto Group first.

My experience at STG Auto Group was great! I found a car I really wanted online and scheduled an appointment right away with Joseph R. The salesman. He was great! Really positive energy and very polite. I was able to get my car! And thanks to Joseph it was a really nice, easy experience for me. I’m so happy with my vehicle and if anyone is thinking about coming to STG in Montclair ask for Joseph the salesman!

Just bought my 2018 Range Rover Sport and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Amir in finance was super helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Carlos Cervantes was awesome—really attentive and kept his word on everything he promised. Great team, highly recommend!
