03 Toy Hauler RV

2003 Weekend Warrior 40' fifth wheel Toy Hauler with clean title in my name. Has queen bed in front, drop down queen in the rear, and two fold down beds/couch. Bathroom and kitchen appliances all work good with a gas water heater. Fridge runs on 110v or propane. There is an inverter that can power small electronics on battery power (runs the TV). I modified the rear bed so a full size ranger or rzr can fit underneath. This toy hauler has a huge cargo area to fit all your toys: 15'3" to cabinet and 8'2" wide, 7' under the bed, 7'10" to the ceiling. Additional 10' x 6' area in front of kitchen area. Also has an extra 100 gallon fresh water tank, for a total of 200 gallons so you'll never run out out of water while camping. It does not have a built in generator. I just replaced all 6 tires with brand new tires and had all new bearings/seals installed in all the axles. Just did a 2,000 mile road trip with it Entire floor is epoxied and I even installed a winch behind the step inside
