2000 Volkswagen Passat

I had this vehicle for a couple of weeks when it quit starting for me. Not sure what the issue is, it drove just fine beforehand, but I ended up getting a different vehicle and have lost interest in trying to get this one back up and running. I live in an apartment with limited parking, so I need to get rid of this, as I have too many vehicles now and don't want it to get towed parked on the street. It is the 1.8 liter model with a turbo. I have clean title and bill of sale. Also comes with new brake pads in the box that the previous owner included when I acquired it. Also has a spare key and a full size spare tire.
