Chelsea Doll Lot by Mattel. There are 28 dolls in total. A lot of the dolls do not have clothes, some of their hair has also been cut. Some of their hair is messy and does need lots of attention. Some have shoes, some don't. Some may have chew marks. There are a couple of vintage Kelly dolls also included, please see photos. Their are 2 mermaids.
