Description

I got this solid Body Electric 16-in scale Mandola in trade. It has a mini humbucker, closed back tuners, and a bone nut. The body, neck and head stock are mahoga y. The body has a flame maple cap and the headstock has a quilted Maple veneer. Flame and quilted maple appointments are highly figured. Satin finish. The humbucker has been installed slightly off center but is completely covered by the width of the pickup. The bridge works fine but is a little rugged. Warm loose tone and attack. You can brighten up the tone with thinner strings but I prefer to tune it up a whole step to get a brighter and higher sound and a little more aggressive attack. Recorded some home studio songs with this but I don't use it anymore.
