I recently purchased a Cadillac from Jorge at Zamora Auto sales and couldn’t be happier! He assured everything was perfect for me before I drove over an hour away to see the car. He made financing easy and I received a low rate. All around great experience and I love my new car!

Our experience purchasing a Mazda 3 involved a wait of 9 hours to complete the paperwork. We felt pressured to sign documents without adequate time to review the terms thoroughly. Additionally, the interest rate offered on the home financing option deviated significantly from the originally quoted rate of 13%, reaching 30% despite our lack of consent. I urge potential customers to be cautious.

Jorge is an amazing, friendly, personable person! Very honest and isn’t there to get one over on you. We actually had an underlying issue with the vehicle we purchased. When we called Jorge to let him know about it, he drove all the way to our house to retrieve the vehicle, left us with a loaner car, and replaced the issues within a mater of a few days free of charge and had our vehicle back to us promptly. These guys are all great and I will continue to do business with them in the future as well as refer them to all my friends and family.

Jorge got me a great deal on my 2016 Ford Explorer! He is very genuine and great to work with! He got us approved in no time even with my husband out of town! Had been to a few other places before going to Zamora and no one was as friendly as here!

I had the best experience. Alejandro Álvarez helped our family and I have to say, he went above and beyond to make our experience the best I ever had.  Alejandro was helpful, knowledgeable and he has the best customer service.  I’ll be coming back and bringing my friends to Zamora Auto.
