My Husband and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Elite Auto Sales on 7.19.2025. Due to technical issues with the DMV website, we couldn't bring the van home that day. We were promised a new touch screen audio system (that they paid for), that wouldn't be delivered for a few days. It was supposed to arrive on 7.23.2025 but it didn't come until 7.24.2025, we picked the vehicle up on that day. When I backed the van up to leave, I noticed that the backup camera didn't show up on the screen like it did with the old one. I thought that since it was a new screen, there was a setting I needed to change. We had driven an hour and half to get the van so we went home and I tinkered with the settings later. I texted Carolina, the Owner, on 7.25.2025. I expressed my disappointment and she seemed to be concerned. The last communication I had with her was on 7.29.2025. Today is 8.1.2025 and I'm no longer waiting to do my review. IF they do right by me, I will give an update. They bought a brand new touch screen for the van, THAT DOESN'T CONNECT TO THE BACK UP CAMERA!  My Husband spent over $11,000 cash for this van for me and now I'm embarrassed that I even did business with them. This should have been a good experience, they were kind and seemed understanding in the beginning. We'll see how they react when they see this review.

Working with Elite was amazing. They stayed on the phone with us and helped us complete the sale with ease. We bought the vehicle unseen and it was just as advertised. They even FaceTimed a test drive. They set up delivery for a very affordable price and the delivery guy was just the nicest most polite gentleman. I would definitely recommend them!! 10 out of 10⭐️

Be careful. I don’t know how this place got any good reviews at all. They come across as really nice and honest, but they are not,  they know how to play the game perfectly in their favor. Total scam, my son purchased a van for work from this place. A little over a month later, the van broke down then we come to find out it is a complete piece of junk. They know what they did. This place should not be in business. Very dishonest. They get the vehicle ready for sale and do not disclose how serious the repairs are that are needed in their as is pricing.  Now he’s without a vehicle and money.  A complete and total loss. Don’t let them fool you. Can’t trust anyone anymore at all. Expensive Lesson Learned.

I went to buy a used minivan for my family, found their vehicle that had a great carfax history, at a great price. Let me inspect and test drive with zero pressure, very friendly staff. I saw that the car had an engine light that was on.

After test driving, I noticed that there was some shuttering at certain RPMs. They diagnosed the error codes on the spot for me and brought it back to their mechanic. They fixed the issue by the next day (replaced a fuel sensor), I test drove again, and the engine was smooth as butter. Bought it right then and there! Love the car and love their staff!
