Navy Blue Dress, plus sized

Cute, high-waist pleated Dress Barn dress. Size 18. Navy blue, V-neck, embroidered white flowers. I wore this 1x for about 2 hours for my daughter’s baptism. I have to be truthful, I looked terrible in it. I took it off when I got home. The dress’s waist is above my natural waist, which is weird because I normally it’s the other way around. I have a longer torso then legs so the dress’s skirt was at a weird length.
