Description

This is a custom built adult loft bed by College Bed Lofts. It is 88" to the top of the highest rail. Under the bed has 70" clearance. (Black standing desk not included, but built-in unfinished wood desk is.) The outside length is 79" and the outside width is 59". I forget the exact weight it can hold, but two adults and a TempurPedic mattress are more than safe. There's actually a second shelf for the headboard, which I will include, but I only installed the one. This was over $1,000 new. The mattress in the pictures (not included) is 10".
