Has a lot of new parts and some spares. Start and ran when I took it off the boat last month. Fully rebuilt gear case, new water pump impeller, fuel pump, new ethanol resistant lines, points, condenser and coils and spark plugs. New plastic cone retainer for prop, carb rebuilt with new idle needle and put some superglue on the float. New reed plate and reeds, New crank seals and head gasket. I have color matched spray paint for the gold and white you can have. There is probably more I’m forgetting. I converted to long shaft but have the shaft and water tubes if you need a short shaft. Comes with full set of controls Steering cable and gearbox Hand shift and throttle controls Also included is a 5 gallon omc fuel tank
