Cozy 2 bedroom cmaper. Been working on remodeling it. Repainted it as u can see in pics it is black mostly and the smaller upper bedroom is light blue with glitter and other side of the room is chalkboard paint. It has a bathroom area sink and shower and and a separate little room with the toilet. 2 slide outs one in living room area and one in main bedroom. Living room and main bedroom are black bedroom with glitter mostly faded but still a little there and marble look around the bed and all the shelves as well as the tile flooring. I do have new tiles for the bedroom floor as well and the room s have a few glow in the dark stars butterflies and dragonflies are on the walls, totally removable if desired. 2 hot water heaters. The electric I know works unsure about the gas one guy i bought it from said it does. He had also installed washer hookups but I personally never used them so unsure how well they work lol.everything seems to work fine except no ac need window units which the 3 in here could be arranged to be kept in it if desired. Appliances are optional.the sunroof needs the plastic cap it got broken and the smaller bedroom one also needs replaced but currently are not leaking but the sunroof does if it's heavy rain and no tarp. There is no water damage and no leaks I've ever seen and we've been living in it for 3 years now. Does need the batteries replaced but they still hold charge to keep lights on when unplugged.lots of cabinet space and shelves , fairly open floor plan good for customizing to your liking. Tires and all are good and ready to be towed. Jo title but will do a bill of sale of course. I cannot help move it, I do not have a vehicle at all let alone a fifth wheel lol.
