Boat info: 12’ long by 4.5’ wide Has 3 wooden bench seats installed and includes 2 folding seats with backs and 1 seat cushion. Great condition, transom in great condition and boat has no leaks. Included eyelets and ports in boat for oars (oars not included) Motor info: Mercury 9.8hp 2 stroke outboard motor and gas tank and hose connector. Minkota electric trolling motor (30 lbs of thrust) and 12-volt battery. Both motors in great working condition Trailer info: 2003 EZ Loader boat trailer. Lights and wiring replaced 4 years ago and in great working condition. Wheels/tires and bearings replaced 4 years ago and packed with marine grade bearing grease. Trailer includes spare tire mount and spare tire matching those installed on the trailer. Other extras: Fishin’ buddy 1200 removable fish finder and depth reader. Titles for both the boat and trailer are in hand and are free and clear.
