I purchased a used BMW from ARG River Motors in Houston, and unfortunately, it’s been a terrible experience. I was told the car was in good condition with only a minor accident reported on the Carfax. However, right after the purchase, I discovered the vehicle has a serious unresolved safety recall and major mechanical problems. The starter doesn’t work at all, the car makes strange noises while driving, and it even jumps while stopped at traffic lights.

None of these issues were disclosed to me during the sale. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact the dealership, but they’ve completely ignored all my calls and messages. I expected honesty and at least some responsibility, but instead I feel taken advantage of.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Be extremely cautious if you’re thinking about buying a car from here — make sure you double-check everything yourself. I truly regret trusting them.
