Description

Very rare non-North America model, same specs as MS440 magnum. Sold overseas only. 73cc 5.3hp weighs 12 lbs. and has a lower powerband so it has a lot of grunt. Which is different than the EPA saws that to get the HP to impress the critics, what they do is wind the piss out of the motors. 9000+ RPM. So much is critical timing, fuel, temperature, humidity, ect. One thing gets off and BOOM! goes your thousand bucks. Now take this Saw. It's designed to be run in the super-hot humid jungle where they get shitty fuel at best. The most failed system is Fuel. Let's compare Carburetors, this saw has a Bing (made in Germany) . Today's saws have Zama made where? Right, China! Crappy fuel is not going to hurt this Bing Carb, it's got very rugged pieces. Take apart your Zama. No wonder Stihl puts in their warranty that puts any coverage up to Stihl's discretion. And what are they gonna say after you fryed your machine? "You used bad fuel" sorry, not covered. The ONLY way to make sure is to use either Stihl's or Husqvarna's 9.00 a qt. Fuel. This here saw is a little heavier, but not that noticable. It's gonna to wear out 10 new saws and still be going strong. I have bore scope pics of the cylinder and bottom rod end. It's passes vacuum test wit flying colors. Compression is right as when it was delivered. There is every screw and part that came with it still on it except __the bar, chain, and I updated the starting handle. Of course I saved the originals. It doesn't have a compression release because it doesn't need one. It doesn't have the compression and timing jacked up. It starts eiasier than my MS361 which is smaller and has a compression release. I thought about putting on on it, and if someone had to have one I would, there is a milled provision on the barrel for one. Of course I'll give a 90 day warranty because I went through this saw top to bottom. And I'll take in your non-running or running saw, for a fair price. Come give her a spin, you'll be impressed. Listed in Craigslist, more info and pics there. Don't bother with any offers because if I don't get what I'm asking, bummer, I'll have to keep it.
