My wife and I are selling our pop up camper. It is in good shape and everything works well. We bought it and refinished it, but we have realized we just don't use it much. We would rather have the money free for other endeavors. It has working A/C, Heat, Fridge, Electrical Hookups, Water Hookups, Water Tank, and Propane Tank Holder. It also has a kitchen table that folds into another bed and a propane stove for the kitchen. It sleeps 5. It is very sturdy and only weighs around 1000 lbs, so anything can tow it. Clean title in my family members name, signed but not dated for easy title transfer. When we bought it, there had clearly been a water leak in the past. We replaced all of the roof material and frame pieces then re-sealed it. We also replaced the latches, flooring, outside seals, and a lot of screws/hardware. It is now very solid and completely waterproof. Only problems now are some cosmetic things like old zippers, interior scuffs, discoloration on the exterior vinyl is a spot, and the A/C unit is missing the plastic cover. I just want to get what I put into it back, that's why the price is firm.
