1998 Gulfstream Ultra Motorhome with Super Slide

Nice 1998 Gulfstream Ultra 30ft Class C Motorhome with super slide, has about 26,000 miles on an awesome V10 motor and about 2000 miles on new tires, brakes, rotors/calipers, about 65 hours on great running generator...this motorhome has it all plus it runs and drives amazing! We take this on a road trip and too the nascar races every year but with the Pandemic we didnt go so we decided to go to visit the kids/grandkids in AZ. last month and when we got to the storage lot we noticed the cover missing from the motorhome and the drivers window had been broke (it's fixed now), there wasnt much to steal out of it but they did break the microwave/convection oven door and in taking the cover they also broke the AC shroud/cover creating a roof leak at the AC, we did still go to visit kids and just went on a 5 day camping trip where we plugged in at an RV camp last week. It's a great motorhome but we are looking to get a larger one so we can stay extended amounts of time in AZ. It's a great deal at $11,500 and you will have to fix the AC leak that will need a new AC shroud/cover and coat the roof with Flexseal...it just goes on with a paint roller...like painting, the new Shrould and Flexseal for roof together are less than $200. **we are 2and owners and I also have receipt and all paperwork from when grandpa purchased it.
