Description

This is the best, light weight, sturdy, towable by a midsize SUV, camper trailer! I don’t really want to, but I have to sell it for personal and health related issues. I bought it in April 2025 and used it for 3 short trips just in northern AZ. It’s a 2022, but was a floor model, so before me it was never used. It’s still like new. Excellent condition. I’m a single female traveler with a dog, so if I can work it, anyone can. 16’ length of living space plus 3’ of hitch = 19.7’ long It’s built for off grid with… 200 watts solar on roof 2 propane tanks Lithium battery Fridge with freezer that runs by shore power plugged in, propane, or battery A/C fan and temp adjustable, nice n’ cold Heater and thermostat work well too 50 gallon fresh water tank!!!!! 15-20 gallon gray and black tanks (can’t remember exactly) Full kitchen inside Slide out stovetop outside Power awning Outdoor speakers Outdoor shower Lots of storage Bathroom: Flushing toilet (separate from shower) Shower curtain, hot water, skylight and corner shelves Bathroom has a window with blinds that opens with screen, a roof fan, door w/ hanging hooks Added a toilet paper holder and towel ring Kitchen: Looks over a big, sliding window with screen and binds. 4 burner propane stove top Nice counter space Round sink (decent deepness) Faucet turns side to side 2 above cupboards Microwave below 4 drawers below 2 cabinets below Mid sized fridge/freezer works great by shore power, propane, or battery. More storage space above fridge Dinette in front converts to about a twin size or a bit wider bed. Big storage area above dinette. Windows surround the entire dinette area with screens (2 side windows) and blinds. Main short queen bed in back is a cool Murphy bed that when lathes up gives you access to the door on back for putting in your gear. I’ve brought my kayak and electric bike along using this. When bed is down, there is still a lot of storage space accessible from the back door or right u see the bed. There are storage shelves all around/above the bed and on one side that could be used as a desk or dressing area. Big windows on both side walls of bed with screens. One is an emergency release escape. Bed is comfy, but I did add a topper. Two AC outlets for anything, like a smaller tv. Satellite & cable ready Tires are strong and like new. Spare is on the back and easy to get to. Lots of storage cubbies all around the body. Electric/Battery operated awning Has very nice, quick connect to the propane, 3 burner cook top that pulls out on a slide for outdoor cooking. Nice storage right there. Main screen door with hard side door that locks for safety at night. Pull down steps to main door. Trailer is lifted for good clearance. Corner scissor jacks. 30 amp Need to check, but I think it’s a 2” ball hitch and 7 prong plug for breaks, lights and power to battery. Added a stabilizer to the hitch. I was going to add a motorized power lift jack, so I’d recommend that, but it’s not necessary. Weight is around 3,200-3,500 lbs depending on load. My 6 cylinder SUV tows it well, even up to the northern AZ rim. Tracks well when driving. The re’s a small area where some tape pulled off paint on a lower kitchen drawer, just cosmetic. I’ve had it serviced recently, battery, all systems checked out great, Brand new propane tanks and hoses. Brand new screens on front door. Has CO2 sensor, propane sensor and fire detector for safety. Very clean inside & out This trailer is amazing for 1-2 people (maybe 3 and a dog) and is exactly what I wanted, but I’m not going to be able to use it anymore. I’d love to see someone get to enjoy all its unique features. Title on hand, or can be etransferred Single owner Thanks for your interest!
