Cute figurine of a boy holding his kite and it’s called “High Hopes”. Very hard to find! It was only manufactured for 4 years before it was suspended in 1993. No box or paperwork. There are no cracks, chips, dings or repairs. Comes from a smoke free home. Thanks for looking!
