I was searching for a used car on CarGurus and saw that Million Miles had a lot of cars coming in for sale, alongside another Dealer. My wife and I needed a car ASAP, and Million Miles was selling pretty good used cars like it were the end of the world. So I knew they would have something worth looking at and purchasing. I like the fact that they are transparent with their cars, because CarFax reports are free and available via their website.

When we first arrived at the Marietta location, Kevin did not hesitate to professionally greet us and assist us with what we were looking for (presentation goes a long way if you know what I mean). The vehicle we were interested in was already sold (Disappeared like a ghost) (2010 Honda Accord, Burgundy in perfect condition according to Carfax). Usually, it can take 24 to 72 hours for them to delete sold cars from their Website. Despite that, Kevin located a 2008 Honda CR-V and a 2011 Honda Accord SE White with 148,300 miles and at their Lawrenceville location, which was in good condition for its year, with very minor damage do to and accident.

So Kevin connected us with the sales manager, Amir, in Lawrenceville, who helped us with the White 2011 Honda Accord SE. After we took a test drive, he made sure that the Sideview Mirror and the Window Control Panel were fixed before we drove off the lot the next day. Overall, their staff are very nice and helpful, they just need a little grace due to how busy they are with serving their customers each day.

After picking up the vehicle, I made sure to see Kevin at the Marietta Location again to show my appreciation for his recommendation to visit the Lawrenceville Location, and he was truly happy that I did. He even went the extra mile to make sure my tag was fixed properly on the car and that I had everything I needed.

My son and I went into this dealership today, July 7th. We were instantly approached by a young man by the name of Patrick. Patrick is AMAZING. He was very honest with us about the vehicles we looked at, and worked with us as far as making sure we got a really good deal. You can tell that he takes pride in his career as well as himself as an individual. Patrick was very patient. Just an overall great guy. I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Patrick, tell your GM, that I said you need a raise. Thank you for everything.

They lied and said that the interest rate would be around 8% and then it was really 18%. They also did not fix the cracked window in the car that we bought even though they put it in the contract that they would. They are the original scammers of car sales and they take advantage of the poor and desperate: We were going through a really hard time in our lives and just so you know, I am a teacher in Gwinnett , and they didn’t care and used our desperation for a car as a weapon and made money in spite of it.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from Million Mile Motors and my salesperson was Bradley. Honestly, I was nervous at first because I read some mixed reviews online, but I decided to still give them a chance and I’m glad I did.

Bradley was upfront, honest, and patient throughout the whole process. There was one car I checked out that had a very minor issue, and instead of hiding it, he explained everything clearly and honestly. The price was still great considering the small issue, which I appreciated.

I ended up buying my Altima cash because their price beat other dealers in the surrounding area by far. On top of that, the vehicle came with a theft recovery device, which actually helped me get a discount on my insurance. It also came with a 3-month warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind.

Overall, I had a good experience and definitely appreciate Bradley for making the process smooth and stress-free.
