Doll house bunk bed, twin on top and full on bottom. Bottom can also be used as a sitting area/desk area, and a toddler bed fit below too. Mattresses not included. The steps are on the right side (see last pic) and has a small storage area at the bottom. The space next to the full bed has a storage shelf also. Please note: the point at the top of the bed was cut to accommodate our ceiling height. It currently is in a room with 7'8" ceilings and has about a 1" clearing above it. The pieces are very large when disassembled and will require a large vehicle to move it.
