The product was assembled for inspection and photos. It was never used but came with a few scratches and dents from manufacture/ shipping. The two speed bad was never blown. Comes with a pump and a few replacement parts. It is a suction cup base and there is a compartment to fill it with water, sand, etc for more stability. The height can be adjusted. Instruction manual not included (wasn't included in the first place). Can disassemble it for easy transportation. No delivery.
