In perfect condition and it works really well even on a 4k tv. Just played a couple rounds of nuketown for the nostalgia. Includes everything you need, power cable, hdmi cable to connect to tv, 1 controller, a charging cable, and 4 games. Note on black ops 2: the last update they sent out kind of broke the game. If you start the game while logged into PlayStation network, it will freeze before you even get into the game menu. You have to log out of PSN before starting the game, then start a lan game. While in the lan game, you log into PSN. Then you can quit the lan game and play regular online multiplayer. If you stay offline then you won’t have issues at all. All other games work perfectly. It’s only an issue all black ops 2 copies have. Look up ps3 black ops 2 freeze
