**OFFERS WELCOMED!!** Just sent this vacuum in to the Tampa Dyson Warehouse to have parts replaced before the warranty expired and now this vacuum works just like it did when I first bought it. Nothing compares to a dyson vacuum. It picks up essentially anything; works on multiple surfaces meaning you can turn the brush at the base on and off depending on whether you are cleaning carpet or a hard surface. Easily dismantles for cleaning—top to bottom. The extendable wand with attachments makes cleaning hard to reach places super easy—dust build up in high places like air vents or shelf tops. The design is pretty ingenious. And the ONLY single part that is difficult to reach and fix or replace is a small internal hose that was literally JUST replaced in September by the Dyson manufacturing warehouse in Tampa, and the vacuum itself has only been used once to test effectiveness.
