Classic GMC in Arlington was recommended to us by an acquaintance. The recommendation was spot on. Travis Lancaster actually met us as we walked in the door. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicles. He worked nonstop to answer our questions, showed us  multiple options and was patient with us as we considered each. When it came to making our decision Travis didn’t pressure us. When we met with Art we had the most seamless and quick presentation of our options for financing. This purchase was not our first time to buy a vehicle BUT it was the BEST experience . We would highly recommend Travis and the whole group and Classic GMC. I’ve been looking for the perfect truck for a months and the best deal. After going into numerous dealerships, many let downs and poor customer service.  the research and headaches stopped once I went to Classic Arlington GMC . Alex was extremely knowledgeable, cared about what I was looking for. From start to finish. The powerhouse of a team he and Art makes is all anyone could ask for in a dealership. My biggest vehicle purchase and they made it feel like I’ve done it many of times.

They sold me a 2024 Dodge Ram with a dented radiator, a broken shutter grill, and no bumper. I discovered this two days after buying it because I took the truck to a mechanic's shop to get it checked out, and they didn't want to take responsibility because I gave them a bad review. I don't recommend this dealer. They have bad service, and the managers think they own the place. I don't recommend them. Don't buy your cars there.

We worked with both Moe and Summer for the purchase of our new truck. They went above and beyond, reaching out to other dealerships, to get us exactly what we wanted. With a big red bow and spotless detail, we picked up our new ride. They made the process quick and smooth, every step of the way and were knowledgeable on any and all aspects of the vehicle and purchase information.
