I had a great experience at Findlay from the moment I called them until the moment I pulled off the lot in my new truck. I called to get a second opinion after talking to another dealership. Jose was super helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me numbers without having to come in right away because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I’ve been doing allot of research, so when I finally came in to talk numbers he had a great deal already prepared when I walked in the door which made it harder to say no. The truck we talked about was in transit so he found me a better deal on a truck that I love way more than the one I saw originally. This is my first new vehicle and Jose made the experience great from the first time we spoke and I really appreciate that. There was no pressure or fake numbers like the other place I went to.
