This is a brand new bed. We purchased and figured out to late it won't fit in the room we wanted it to go it. Brand New never opened Boxes of 3 total for the complete bed besides mattress and box spring is not necessary. Slats are included and I liked that the ladder being attached to the bed frame. The lower area can also turn into a twin bed to make it a double twin bunk bed or switch it around. This bed is definitely better than some cheap partial board bed. It is solid wood painted white. I've just carried the boxes and they are heavy duty duty compared to even my own bed set. Any questions feel free to ask. I won't open any boxes to measure since it's all in the picture above. Everything comes in 3 boxes. Delivery and install if needed is extra and available depending where you live.
