We spent $5,000 on this beautiful couch for my office and I'm switching up my setup so it needs a new home. This is a VERY clean house with no pets. The pull out bed is very comfortable for guests. It is a memory foam material and the pull out is extremely sturdy. Guests love it. It could probably be someones full time bed. The ottoman comes with the couch. It does not have storage as its a single piece. Buyer will need to move it themselves and transport it as well.
