Minor scratches from normal use. I have personally used this radio for over a year and still active without service issues. NOTE - It is fully activated with over 100 channels including music, sports, talk, Howard, etc. LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION ON THIS UNIT ONLY!!! CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED!!!! DO NOT CALL SIRIUS TO TRANSFER.
