Selling 3 pieces and Foot Stool. Normal wear some seam separation ( I don’t know how to sew) as seen in photos of couch Arm rest of chair has some peeling...easy fix also. Selling because it oversized and to big for my apartment. No Smoking Pet free home. The cream pillows was added did not come with furniture. Over all very sturdy and no other issues beside what’s seem in photos
