Sunrise Futon from Night and Day. Send me an offer! It's taken apart already and setup is easy with only 4 long allen bolts to be set back up. Has a solid cherry frame that is very sturdy and a suede removable cover for the mattress which is about 5in thick. Mattress and cover are clean. I'm not able to deliver but can help to load it. Folds up by pulling up from the back and folds down by lifting up the front and pulling out. There is a video demonstrating this from their website if you search "night and day futon instructions".
