1991 Fleetwood Flair motorhome

Okay let's try this again today for sale is a 1991 Fleetwood Flair motorhome it is 28 ft in length and it comes with the 460 big block motor fuel injected it runs and drives and shifts great there are no issues mechanically with the RV however there are a few cosmetic things that need to be worked on such as last winter one of the pipes in the restroom cracked and has it leaked so the running water is not functioning at the moment also fridge does not work but microwave works fine generator is a Onan 4000 which also starts and runs but will need to be cleaned up or a carb clean this RV has two brand new tires on the front from Les Schwab and the rear tires are in great condition as well and also comes with a spare under the RV also to mention the roof will need a refill I recently put a seal down of silicone roof repellent but I feel in the future it will need to be resealed there was a small leak but it did not do much damage and there's no mold the vehicle has 89000 miles and it runs and drives and tabs are good until next year clean and clear title in my name ready to sign over I'm not flexible on the price and ever deese my price due to the things that I listed that will need to be done so my price has already been pretty exhausted so please don't waste time and low-balling me because you'll be turned away this RV comes with a 42 inch flat screen TV which will come along with the sell if asking price is met it's a great RV and it is truly serves me well it hurts me to sell this but I'm moving on to a toy hauler to carry my ATVs and motorcycles and such so now you have all the details on this RV if you're interested be prepared bring cash and drive away thank you and have a nice day
