So this is a 24 year old pop up camper in pretty good condition. In some areas it shows its age but nothing leaks and everything works: -A/C works great -Propane Heat -3-way refrigerator works well -Has built-in cooler with draining tube -Has dinette that seats 4 and converts to a bed -Has a couch that also converts to a bed -Has queen and full pop out mattresses -New tires this season -New blackout curtains that were custom sewn -Comes with high wind Popup Gizmos -Sink with 30-gallon water tank and city water line -Indoor/outdoor 3-burner cooktop with outdoor propane quick connector -Double propane tanks (not included) -10’ awning but does have a broken awning bag (works fine but could be replaced at some point. We still use it as is) - 30 amp cord - LED lights inside It would make a great starter camper. If you are really handy you can do some upgrades and make it pretty amazing. For our family of 6 it was great for us as is. There was some leaking before we got it and the ceiling inside does show signs of that but I will pull out the hose and show you that it no longer leaks either in the canvas or roof itself. We plan to upgrade next summer to a hybrid which is our only reason for selling.
