Drill works BUT the battery is dead, dead, dead Comes with charger Maybe you have the same battery pack and want a newer drill. Maybe you are handy enough or have time to rebuild the battery pack with new cells from Amazon. Needs 8 Sub C NiCd batteries to essentially make it brand new.
