We just purchased this in march but my daughter is having an issue being so high off the ground. Mattress not included, It is from rooms to go and is a very solid piece of furniture. It’s in great shape besides tiny bit of blue marker on the desk. We paid $699 plus taxes and shipping for it and it’s still for sale today on sale for $677 so the value is still there. Asking $400. You must pick up and possibly take it down, I’ll help as much as I can however I’m recover from surgery. Located in Greer
