Just sent this vacuum in to the Dyson Warehouse to have a service/ tune up and parts replaced and now this DC Multifloor Ball vac works just like it did when we first bought it. Completely deep cleaned, refurbished & ready for a new home. Nothing compares to a Dyson! It picks up essentially anything; works on multiple surfaces meaning you can turn the brush at the base on and off depending on whether you are cleaning carpet or a hard surface. Easily dismantles for cleaning—top to bottom. The extendable wand with attachments makes cleaning hard to reach places super easy—dust build up in high places like air vents or shelf tops. The design is pretty ingenious.
