This is a brand new, third generation Nest Learning Thermostat in a stainless steel finish. We purchased this for our house but, unfortunately, our old heating system was not compatible with it. So we had to purchase a different thermostat. We paid ~$265 with tax and are asking for $175 (retail price is $250). The box was opened but the thermostat was never used or installed. I’m in the North Shore area and am happy to meet within a reasonable distance for pick-up.
