We had an amazing experience with Cody at 410 Auto Sales! From the start, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect truck. With us moving from Hawaii to Washington, the transition could’ve been stressful — but Cody made it so much easier. He took the time to really understand what we needed and worked within our budget to get us into a truck that had all the features we were looking for.

What really stood out was how honest and genuine he was throughout the whole process. It's not every day you come across someone in auto sales who truly cares, but Cody does — and it shows.

On top of that, the entire staff at 410 Auto Sales was incredibly nice and welcoming. From the other sales agents to the finance managers, everyone made us feel comfortable and supported. It was a team effort, and we truly appreciated the positive, no-pressure environment.

My husband and I had two vehicles break down on us today, literally can’t make this stuff up! We got a recommendation from our buddy Lucas, who works there, to come check out some vehicles. We weren’t planning on buying a vehicle, however, we did take home a Toyota Tacoma! Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were taking home something reliable and something we enjoyed. Once we finally picked our poison we played pool in the back while Christy prepared our paperwork. She was so fun to get to talk to, it wasn’t just sign here, here, and here… we had some great conversations while signing our paperwork. They were all super awesome and personable, we can take our truck back anytime to be worked on. As someone who has financed a few vehicles in my lifetime this was by far the most enjoyable, easy, and reliable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I’ve lived in a few different states so that’s saying something. 100/10 recommend 410 auto sales for any future vehicle purchase you plan on making, (or in our case not planned).
