It has the frame and main pack of an Alice pack. It has the shoulder straps, waste belt and MSS sleep system from a Molle pack. I sprayed the top flap with flex seal to restore the waterproof rubber coating. I then top that coating with flat OD green paint to make the color match better. It also comes with a nylon top handle strap that I added. This version of the Alice pack is nice because it doesn't have the Velcro cut out for a radio antenna in the top flap. That means you can use the entire top flap area easily to store items.
