I Have the title but it’s not in my name 222miles Can be wired up for turn signals/break and yes the horn does work Starts right up but bogs out if not warmed up New handle bars/grips Last owner spray painted but it does come off with a pressure washer Im selling because i don’t have a truck to haul it around CANT DELIVER. PRICE OBO.
