2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD

8.1 gasoline engine with Allison 5 speed automatic transmission. I am second owner. Bought it 9 months ago with 215000. Now has 220k. Excellent maintenance records. Good rubber, runs and drives great. Just did full synthetic oil and transmission fluid and filter change. Spent its life in Roseburg until I purchased it. Few minor cosmetic scraps as seen in pictures, trailer brakes, rear air bags. Interior is in good shape. Great truck. I’d keep it, but I’m moving out of the country. If you want all the torque of a diesel, without the astronomical maintenance costs, this is the only truck that can do it. Studies have been done and even with the fuel economy a diesel gives you, it’s more economical to drive a gasoline engine due to the maintenance costs of a diesel engine. Remember, 15 quarts of oil every time you change a diesel! Diesel injectors…$5000!!!
