The top is made of stainless steel, and two sliding-style tops — which lock for security — provide access inside. The interior is made of stainless steel, while the front, sides, and rear are black vinyl coated. This Hoshizaki CC50 commercial refrigerator comes with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that operates in ambient temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The inside compartment temperature is held between 32 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit operates using environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon coolant.
