This metallic blue Croix de Fer (not Coix de Fer) is a 27 speed race bike and is ideal for someone 5'2-5'6. For a steel bike it's very light, fast, and only weighed in at 21 lbs 4oz on a bike scale. It is made in the US with high end True Temper OX Platinum steel (equivalent to Reynolds 853 steel) and is equipped with Shimano 105 components with a Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur. The brakes are strong and it shifts fast so mechanically the bike is in great shape. Having a steel frame gives it excellent ride quality and a very smooth ride. It's not like your typical road bike where going over bumps and road imperfections beat you up. It has been stored indoors so no rust or dents and the paint is in great shape.
