Benchmaster Stress-Free Recliner & Ottoman

Nice chair, great condition! The Nicholas by Benchmaster is a “Stress-Free” model and part of their High Line collection. It presents as a high-back, executive-style ergonomic lounge chair with matching storage ottoman. Both pieces are upholstered with glove-soft, top-grain leather across all skin-contact surfaces, with the remainder being trimmed with a high quality, supple vinyl in matching color. The recliner is larger than the standard size and features a wrap-around design for great body contouring; as well as a full 152° recline with dual-handle position lock & 360° swivel. The frame & base are constructed from powder-coated steel tubing (1.4mm wall) with a laminated birch/spruce and luan wood base. The ottoman is constructed correspondingly, and in addition, features a flip-open design revealing a storage tray for keeping books & magazines, tablets or other electronics, remote controls and the like. While this is an older model—and perhaps because the patina is nicely worn—it is still quite soft & supple, and very comfortable! It has been cleaned & conditioned only with product made specifically for leather care. The bases have some minor scuffing and markings from moving between homes, but otherwise both recliner & ottoman are in good condition, with no tears or holes, torn threads or stitching, etc. Just nicely broken-in and traditionally aged! They are clean & without any offensive odor, have been properly cared for, and have always been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free home. The set typically retails for $1,500-$2,000.
