Vintage Mid Century Modern Basic Witz Dresser Gentleman’s Chest of Drawers

A beautiful and well made Mid Century Modern Dresser Gentleman’s Chest of Drawers by Basic Witz. This piece has a two-toned wood grain that is walnut with pecan accents, three large spacious dovetailed drawers and 2 small drawers on each side, behind doors, flanked by a cabinet space with a removable shelf and louvered door. Nice brushed aluminum pulls and a sculptural base with tapered legs. Basic Witz Furniture Company from Waynesboro, Virginia VA. c.1960’s. This piece can be used in a variety of settings. In an entryway, a dining room or bedroom Measures 42″ Width by 18″ Depth by 48″ Height. Condition: This is a vintage piece and as such displays a mild level of wear as you can see from the minor scratches on the top in photo.
