Located near Fairfax high school, 90048. The CookTek B651-U2 Incogneeto™ undercounter induction warmer keeps food on buffet lines at warm, safe temperatures. Heating food with electromagnetism, this induction cooktop uses a dense copper coil to create a magnetic field above the cooking surface. When the magnetic field contacts a pan, electrons in the pan's metal move rapidly, creating friction that generates heat so operators can efficiently cook meals. Using automatic pan detection, this unit senses when compatible cookware is placed on it and transmits energy to it. Because of this design, this warmer does not waste energy when a pan is not in place. This unit is only compatible with induction-ready cookware—pots and pans that are made with iron that can generate an electromagnetic field. Made of aluminum, the housing is heavy duty, and its polycarbonate top resists corrosion and facilitates cleaning. This CookTek B651-U2 commercial induction buffet warmer has an adjustable temperature that users can select on the control panel, which has a red LED display and a lock feature that prevents unauthorized setting changes. Designed to mount to the underside of a countertop, this warmer can be used in most counters, even ones that are made of stone.
