This is a warning to not purchase any vehicle here, I bought a used truck less than a year ago, that supposedly had a “rebuilt engine”, if anything it’d look like a head gasket job was done with sloppy silicone all over, the truck ran and I’m not too picky and I needed a truck, the truck did not even last me to the first oil change, drove it for less than 3k miles, and the side of the engine block cracked, I’m currently in the process of swapping out the engine with a used one, plus additional parts I’m replacing that i see are no good, spending about 2800$ and doing the work myself, I’m a certified technician with over 10+ years of experience, and I strongly advice not to trust any work or claims of vehicles being revised from this business, the cause of the failure was a large bolt that was left in the oil pan, pure negligence, sad part is the engine was still running , just puking oil out the crack on the side of the block, I will post photos, update: it was 2 bolts

Very disappointed - Lopez (Seth) seemed friendly and trustworthy, but not only were there surprise problems with the 2006 Honda CR-V we purchased (so far costing $1000) but he has failed to return the vehicle title to us after several months and we now are having to take legal action against Low Miles Auto - I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer completely.

Gets one star because at least I got a good laugh out of this. Went to go check out a 2015 Honda Civic EX-L, the photos overall looked good. I get there, the car is dusty like it hasn't been touched in months. Well, it really hadn't. In order for me to even test drive it they had to jump start it. There was corrosion on the battery, I said "Gonna need a battery replacement for sure," and then they explained "No no the car hasn't been used in a while this is just what happens the battery is fine." Well, sure, but there's corrosion on the battery, and how about if you're gonna try and sell a car you at least maintain it? I check the tires, all four have low tread and signs of dry rot. I get inside the car, it's filthy. There's also a crack in the windshield! They failed to mention. Back to the state of the interior, dusty and stains everywhere, even the roof. Pulled the visor down and there's some gunk smeared all over and something sticky on the mirror. This is the exact kind of car I'm looking for and I was really disappointed to see the state it was in. I looked over the CarFax and the two previous owners had done a good job maintaining the vehicle. Maintenance was regularly done up until this poor car landed at this dealership. What could've been a perfectly great car is going to just sit there rotting in this lot. I tried to work a negotiation, as I am not financing I am ready to pay cash up front. I brought up each of the concerns, the windshield being the biggest concern, along with battery replacement, tire replacement, and with how filthy it is it needs to be detailed. Also, the navigation/bluetooth system in the console wasn't even working. He told me that it's because when a Honda's battery died you have to take it to a dealership and they have to activate it. Maybe this is true, but I didn't experience that with my 2012 ex-l and even if that is the case why not just take care of it? You're gonna have a much better chance selling your car if you just do some basic things to make it, you know, sellable. Anyways, I brought up the repairs needed and how much it would cost, and gave him my offer. Not a ridiculous offer, as I bought a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L not even 2 years ago in nearly perfect condition for what I offered him. He laughed at me, explained that cars are expensive and that it's "actually really cheap for a Honda Civic". Yeah okay $10,500 is fair for a well-maintained and clean vehicle of that year, make, and model. Not for an almost broken down, corroded battery, dry rot tires, cracked windshield, dirty inside and out vehicle. It's already been on the market for 4 months. I see why it's not selling. I tried to keep it professional and told him if he's willing to change his mind in the future or work out some deal I could leave my contact information, he interrupted me laughing saying he will not change his mind. Won't even attempt to negotiate a deal. Whatever. Good luck running your business with that attitude. Fix the car up and then maybe you can act like that.

Bought my car; a Scion xB 2008, about a year ago and it went very smoothly locked in the deal in a day. Then, went yesterday as that I was intrested in getting an upgrade, they offered me a trade in for a good value then they got me on a financing plan even though I had bad credit for less than $100 a month. Very satisfied and would recommend walking in and discussing an offer for whichever car you like they try to help out in anyway possible.

My wife took my 17 year old son to purchase him a vehicle as a graduation present. They took advantage of my wife and teenager. Photos online was different than the car on lot. He gave word to fix the discrepancy of how the car looked in the pictures and later said "I never promised" and refused. He claimed to have lowered the price verbally, but on the contract was not so. The vehicle had stuff like it was used to drive someone home and back or just bought off an auction. To top it off, when my son was excited to clean the vehicle and detailed it, he found in a  stash what appeared to be a needle used for drugs, things everywhere, even in the trunck. The trunck was flooded underneath the carpet lining. The registration was given after 90 days, passed the allowed time the DMV gives. I'm so close to reporting this business to the BBB. Oh yeah, we are not driving the car now, and it's been sitting for two months already because it's going to cost more than $800 to repair at an independent shop.
