I AM ENTERTSINING ALL TRADES BEFORE I TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT A CASH SALE. I bought a 5th wheel with no title to live in during covid, im testing the waters to see if it's worth a trade. Trailer has brand new instant hot water heater, brand new 15kbtu air conditioner and brand new furnace. All appliances and everything work, no leaks. Small hole in the siding from previous owner. I lived in this for 2 years with no issues. I am looking to trade this for a running full size chevy or gmc van. This trailer is titleable with an inspection from dot. Straight trade, you get a whole trailer for living, brand new mattress as of last year. Feel free to message with any questions, I will add pictures and better info over the next few days.
